Some meetings -- whether annual corporate retreats, strategic planning sessions, board gatherings, or management-union sessions -- are of critical importance for the future of an organization. Often, however, these sessions bog down due to time spent on secondary issues or conflict amongst members, causing frustration for all. Our Approach

First, we carefully interview key parties to determine the desired outcomes of the meeting, including the specific benchmarks that would indicate an outstanding result. We then design the flow of the meeting, down to the minute, using our accelerated problem solving and group planning tools. During the session itself we keep things focused, fun, and solutions-oriented; we are willing to ask tough questions but also bring a spirit of mutual appreciation and creative collaboration to the process. We then produce a document detailing the relevant discussion points, specific action steps, and deadlines, providing follow up to help ensure implementation.
