Kenneth Byalin
|
Ken has over thirty-five years experience as a facilitator, manager, administrator, and trainer. His areas of expertise include creative planning, program development and administration, and psychiatric treatment.
His career has included positions as Chief of Services for South Beach Psychiatric Center; faculty member at Sacred Heart University; and as a psychotherapist with a private practice spanning more than twenty years. Ken has published numerous articles in professional journals and is a Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work. He received a Master`s Degree from Columbia University and a Doctorate from New York University. Ken is the Founder and President of The Verrazano Foundation, a non-profit agency dedicated to assisting persons with mental illness. He lives and workes in New York.

Joshua Leavitt
|
Joshua has worked with New Line since its inception in 1992 and currently directs the Montana office. His focus is shaping high performance culture, work environments in which uncommon levels of creativity, commitment, and trust can exist.
His areas of expertise include executive coaching, leadership and team development training, and strategic planning. He blends business savvy with deep insight into interpersonal and organizational dynamics. Joshua has worked with a range of clients in the U.S. and abroad including Fortune 500 companies, hospitals, banks, professional firms, government agencies, non-profits, and small businesses. Since 2006 he has worked primarily with leaders in the National Park Service and the U.S. Forest Service.
Joshua has published articles in books and national magazines on the psychology of change and has been a guest lecturer at San Francisco State University and Oberlin College. He holds an M.A. from the Graduate Theological Union and a B.A. from Prescott College. He lives in Bozeman with his family.

Francisco Lugovina
|
Francisco has worked in the training and consulting field for over thirty years. His expertise includes new business development, leadership training, executive coaching, board relations, and fund raising. He directs the firm`s New York office.
During his career Francisco has held numerous executive positions and board appointments. He has been Chairman of the National Hispanic Housing Coalition; Chairman of New York State`s Mortgage Agency; and regulator for the New York State Banking Board. A recipient of New York City`s highes mayoral award for contribution to the arts, he is a graduate of Iona College.

Fleet Maull
|
Fleet is a manager, trainer, executive coach,
and business consultant with over twenty five years experience. He specializes in turnarounds and reengineering projects; strategic planning; team building; and leadership and sales training. He often serves his clients as a interim operational executive or manager during turnaround campaigns. He has consulted extensively with small, midsize, and large companies in the financial services, computer software, data management, healthcare, manufacturing, and publishing industries.
Fleet holds a Master`s Degree from Naropa University, where he is also a PhD candidate and an associate faculty member. A partner with New Line since 1999, he is the Director of New Line`s Colorado office.

Dirk Reiche
|
Dirk Reiche has an extensive background in both business and performance improvement training. He has worked closely with New Line′s American partners for the past three years developing New Line′s German practice and currently trains teams and individuals in the areas of leadership, communication, project management, and sales.
Prior to his work with New Line, he worked for ten years as a Project Developer and Sales Engineer for Enercon, the market leading manufacturer of wind energy generators. He was responsible for managing large-scale projects and forming strategic alliances with large partners, including Dahmler Chrysler′s Aerospace Division. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
